DUOLINGO, REGULAR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION For the last 2/3 years I've been a regular subscriber to Duolingo platform...; the yearly fee is around £59.99. - https://www.duolingo.com I mostly use it to study learning French both 'on and off'. - https://www.duolingo.com Unfortunately, I'm currently flat broke; therefore, I no longer have funds available to pay for the Premium version of Duolingo...; this situation caused me to switch to using Duolingo FREE course, instead. I found that the FREE course works in many ways just as well as is the 'paid for' course; though, there are a few disadvantages...you have less options available/there are repeated adverts requesting you to join up/-etc . But, most definitely, you can still work your way through it.

FRI 190321 STILL STUDYING AT DUOLINGO So far to date, I've continued studying at Duolingo...maintaining a 39 day -as yet, 'unbroken'- streak.  I've also managed to maintain being 1st place on the leaderboard. However, I also come to realise more and more; that maintaining a high leaderboard count; doesn't neccesarily mean you've been managing to make progress along the course...that is, learning 'new' words. So, one could, in fact, totally 'ignore' being placed in the leaderboard, altogether; and, still be managing to make progress by having learned 'new' words. 270221 JOINED BOTH DUOLINGO PLUS https://www.duolingo.com After my FREE 14 day trial period ran out a couple of days back...; I decided to join Duolingo Plus on a monthly 'subscription' basis; the subscription is controlled through my Apple app. a/c. The cost is: £12.49 a month. NOTE : It is actually far cheaper to pay the annual membership of: £70-80...; if you are going to use the app., regularly. NOTE : I had signed up for a FREE 14 day trial of Duolingo; and, today, that FREE trial period ends; so, that means they are about to charge my card £12.49 monthly; so, I'm going to have to make sure that there are sufficient funds in my a/c. to cover that.
